This is Windows 8 build 8032 (8032.0.fbl_core2_sid_data.110623-2054) in VMware Workstation Pro. This is a Milestone 3 (Developer Preview) build which was compiled on 2011-06-23 and expires on 2012-03-15 and was made available on 28 December 2018. As of the uploading of this video, this is the last known build to use Windows 7 branding during installation and to ship in SKUs originating from Windows 7 and later being replaced by a general pre-release SKU. This is also the first build to introduce metro style notifications when redpill/redlock is installed (can be seen later on in the video).

4 CPU cores
60 GB SCSI HDD
I used VMware Tools 8 for the drivers (full installation)
