All I can see is some major screw-ups happening and people losing their data. I downloaded 23H2 ISO and will use Rufus to create a bootable USB.
They better give you a way NOT to encrypt. It will slow my computer too much.

This is MS trying to force people to sign in using a MS account to securely save their keys.
