This is Windows 10 build 9780 (9780.0.fbl_partner_eeap.140622-0937) in VMware Workstation Pro. This is a Pre-Technical Preview build that was compiled on 2014-06-22 and expires on 2015-07-15. According to BetaWiki, the timebomb on this build is broken so it can be installed on the current date. However, installing it on the current date will break the ability to change the wallpaper in Control Panel, which was why I installed it on the compilation date. As of the uploading of this video, this was the earliest available build of Windows 10 and it was made available on 26 January 2019.

Since this build is quite early in development, it still feels like 8.1 and identified as such in many areas let alone a 6.3 kernel version, although the default desktop background is now blue (img1). Even early Server 2016 builds around this timeframe were still identified as 2012 R2 in many areas. At least Setup now just says status…

I think you should start your own windows never released series. The first build I would create is “Windows Codename Threshold Build 9688.”
