In this video I will demonstrate how you can migrate a Windows Failover Cluster from ESXi on three-tier architecture to AHV on Nutanix Hyperconverged infrastructure with Zero Downtime.
Veritas Infoscale Enterprise is used to mirror the existing ESXi RDM’s to Volume Groups over iSCSI, and then Nutanix Move is used to migrate each Failover Cluster Node. Since the cluster is running a fileshare cluster role with SMB transparent failover enabled, the shares remain online throughout the migration
