Good afternoon Chris and Andrew
Again thank you for your shared work.
How we restart really Sharing our knowledge wisdom and love to in turn enable actual Caring. Is in short something I'm pretty preoccupied with right now.
In-between working a very recent new nursing post that is a living nightmare, whilst awaiting the Procuraor Fiscal and NHS investigating the sudden and unexpected death of my amazing Dad following a surgery, offered and carried out to increase his quality of life.
Hard Times my Dad maintained does indeed enable growth .
Truly grateful for my Dad's Love Wisdom and Wit over my fifty years of being his daughter. My Dad made me tough periodically through life's challenges and was a fantastic thinker and my best teacher ever. Again in short.
So so thankful he was my Dad.
And over a few lonely chapters I'm super grateful for you guys and a few others here doing good great podcast work.
Truly grateful.
Sanity sensemaking brain gym for sure.
😀
💜
Incredible episode.
40:17 what a terrible interruption, let the guest talk please
@Andrew, WOW, talk about ZERO personal accountability!
so God did it, ha? It was a dish that God served & you had no part in it, wasn't it?
Wow, people can see the lies, bro. Quit when you're still ahead, dude. Stop digging yourself deeper, already!
I’d love to know more about the mold treatment
I'm the dog that bites if you don't wag your tail
Thank you Andrew and Chris. You're my mentors, and I resonate really much with the lonely chapter idea. As of now I am alone, I have only my parents and one friend that is way ahead of me. Finished Highschool I lost most of my friends due to me changing, and 2 months ago my gf broke up with me. But since then I feel I grew a lot. And knowing that all those doubts about regressing and uncertainty are normal and only temporary is comforting.
Love the work the both of you are doing, I am so grateful to have find you podcasts!
How are people not seeing the narcissism of this guy? He talks about complex trauma but he has the personality of somebody who might in fact cause complex trauma. Why are so many people, intelligent people, completely into his grandiose image despite so many red flags?
Thirty min at 225°. Why?
I’m sorry, but I simply don’t believe that it’s possible to sit in boiling water for 30 minutes. 225 degrees is beyond boiling point. This is bogus.
Joko takes a 10 min nap in the afternoon.
On that night stalker in… he hit a house less than a mile from me when I was a kid. Nooope
0:00 what is happening w the state of adenosine system research within. the first 90 minutes of the day?
It hurt me knowing that "old media" is pushing all sorts of nasty stuff about Huberman. Keep on going 😊
Huberman really wore his heart on his sleeve in this one. He put himself out there and shared his personal stories and opinions.
Im trying to find out what Andrew was using to get his snoring under control – and Im trying to find it within the transcripts. Ive searched every term I know – SO I decided to search for BODY – because I was directly looking at the word within the transcript….and it couldnt find the word. Anyone know what he was using?
I’m 6 months away from my 30th birthday. I have always been a morning person, even since I was a child. I’d wake up hours before the rest of the house. These days I’m asleep by 9, and wake up at 4-4:30am, no alarm clock (there’s a 5am one as a fail safe, but it’s never needed). Between waking up in general throughout the night or getting up to pee, I sleep on average 5.5-6.5 hours, and feel great. I try and sleep longer, because I wouldn’t mind 8 hours, but the minute my eyes open, I am wide awake, ready for the day.
54:20 🏳️🌈😳🙈
I love how big of a nerd Huberman is
Thank you sir ❤
❤❤❤❤ love you both!
@hubermanlab Can you comment on the effect of early morning nicotine (oral or smoke)on the adenosine and cortisol system ? If someone is looking to maximize productivity and they are not able to stop consuming nicotine, what should they do ?
One of my favorite podcast episodes ever, thank you both for this!!
I didn’t even know Andrew was going thru media drama til this interview. I’ve been too busy listening to podcasts like his to listen to news-media.
I was a oncology clinical research coordinator for Scott & White Hospital in the 90s. I enjoyed it, but I wish I could have worked with you. You seem so passionate about your research. I really appreciate that you no longer do research on animal. I know it's necessary, but I do love animals. So thank you for that.
At 1:15:47 , you are referring to the Sanskrit term Samskaras, which are psychological impressions that shape an individual's character and behaviors. I learned this from Dr.K @HealthyGamerGG, and it would be amazing to see both of you in a discussion!
Samskars, essentially the Vedic version of original sin. It’s what we come in with, but need to purify ourselves from. Our karmic baggage so to speak
I really appreciate your comment and your understanding of changing your Arcadian rhythm OK, because I have a sleep disorder narcolepsy .and I do need to change my Arcadian rhythm so I'm able to sleep at night and be awake in the daytime and this is something I struggle with quite a bit. But nobody's ever broke it down in a way that I could try to change it. So that was very, very helpful for me about looking at the sun and things like that. Answer setting and alarn
My site is suddenly changed tonight. You say u can't see anything close but everything ifar away and I found that I'm seeing the bigger picture of everything I nobody understand. And I felt like who do I talk to I can see everybody else's issues, but neverthe. Less It becomes very lonely.
The?
People that around me become complacent.Very Vindictive jealous But I'm a humanitarian And I gave my all ld just to help but I believe the person whom only sees good in people needs to stay home and that seems to be my problem at the moment in this time that I've been home. I began to see myself and now I'm beginning to find a balance. Same thing.
Whattttt ??? Chris you came to My Country Honduras? And i missed it? Please come back! Hope you had a great time in Roatan! If you ever come back let me know and i’ll tour you
@56:10 …Huberman:…. there was an assassination attempt on “a presidential candidate”? Just say Trump, or avoid the f*ckin topic. Lame you can’t even acknowledge & show enough respect to simply say his name, while he is seriously risking his life for America every day, rather than just living a lavish lifestyle of a super rich person. 🙄BIG L Huberman. 👎🏻
Natural sleep cycles change with the seasons, like your appetite. 6:30 is more like 5:30…and never mind when the clocks are forced changed by our all knowing rulers…you know, "The Science" or something🙄
Your conversations together, Chris and Andrew, are truly a pleasure to listen to. So much alchemy, mutual respect and wisdom.
Believe that caterpillar vision your have is ur vision of the spirit world it is the awakening of ur 3 eye which blurs us to the outside world it where the things we take for granted becomes relievent in order to channel and understand what's going on with ur mi ndand body into take ourself away sit in the sun in nature and jus listen ur connection to the caterpillar significantly u are in a cocoon period which is rely close to manifestation of an extremely relevant person
46:15 👏🏾👏🏾
1:04:46 that was a rude interruption for a product placement..
Andrew, happy upcoming birthday! Are you a scorpio or libra 🙂🎉
This was an absolute treat to listen to!
It's cool that Huberman is such a fan of the liver king
Please stop interrupting your guests.
20:00
You're a truly remarkable person Andrew.
Great episode!
56:39 Hahaha… Im a secret genius, or something like that.
Before everyone had a readily available phone in their pocket(early 2000’s); Id’d stop by my friend Jesse’s house to see if he was home. Sometimes his little sister Corey would be home but he was out “somewhere.” So after realizing there were times that Corey wouldn’t bother telling Jesse I had stopped by earlier that day and so because they had a pool in their backyard I figured hey, if she wont bother telling him that I stopped by I could just throw her little self into the pool and that way if Jesse came home later and saw his sister had wet hair then he would know I came by regardless of Corey and her inadequate communication skills… Yeah, yeah she could’ve just blew dry her hair, but I knew Corey, and Corey was a bit lazy, so I knew my message was in the bag!
Needless to say, apparently their mom got wind of my “little sister pool toss” events and “kindly” asked me to stop doing that. You win some, you lose some… >:-D
Who knew that I was also spiking lil sis adrenaline after tossing her ass into some cold as f New Hampshire pool water to “help her remember” I stopped by looking for my awesome as faaahhhk friend Jesse!
I was juusssst tryin’ to help 🙂
