5:06 Yeah uh to update the icon you need to point the icon to the vmware executable, you can change that on the shortcut properties, clicking “Change icon”, then point to “%systemroot%Program Files (x86)VMwareVMware Workstationvmware.exe”, click OK, then apply, done! (same has to be done for the start menu shortcut).
