Today I’m going to show you how to get a Live Wallpaper on Windows 11. You can set live wallpapers or an animated desktop background in Windows 11, for that you’ll need to use a third-party app “Lively Wallpaper”. You can set video, GIF, and web pages as your desktop background and screen saver. You can set a live desktop wallpaper or animated wallpapers in Windows 10 and Windows 11 using the free and open source Lively Wallpaper app available in the Microsoft Store. Minimum requirement for Lively Wallpapers is Windows 10 version 17763.0 or higher with Direct X 9 or higher with minimum 4GB RAM.
