Would you happen to know what causes network speeds to start off strong, and suddenly fall to a flickering rate between 0 and 4mbps? I built a sleeper pc that is capable of 400+mbps, I have it hooked up to a Solid ethernet cable, speed tests seem fine. But if I attempt to download anything above roughly a gigabyte in size, my pc goes into a stroke and it eventually flatlines.
It's windows 11 OS also loads so slow, that it actually hurts. Startup alone takes about 40 minutes.
