But the combat is really ass tbh… needs a lot more polishing and weight to it.

Looked good until they showed efricans. I'm sure that's just what Frank Herbert wanted. And if you think this is bad look at the new Hobbit/Shire game where most Hobbits are efricans too.
I can tell by lookin at the movement animations, this game will offers not more than just a great visuals. With that said I bet its goin to be repetitive, grindy, and toxic experience like rust and dayz. Its happens with every studio being ambiguous on making a suvival mmo game

You can walk on it, you can find water, you have life there, the temperature can't be that high because people are walking without a spacesuit.
In our solar system, Venus, has a poison atmosphere and surface temps of 460c, seems more dangerous to me😅

Survival genre has little to do with a planet, where you can only build in caverns or already established foundations. And my favourite part from the movie when Paul and Feyd-Rautha started to shoot each other with smgs and snipers. This game is boring as hell, and nothing to do with the source material
