After i did the powershell command, repair and then reset it still did not work so i followed instruction till the end and after using the scf scannow it did take a while for scanning but should that it found corrupted files and successfully repaired it so i restarted the device and it now works !! thank you mate much appreciated hands down the best video for solving this.
