  1. i have another request for you to make, and that is windows xp barney error edition.

    On November 5th, 2001, someone booted up a stolen windows xp from a tech store, when they tried to start the windows xp computer, they were not booted to the home screen, what happened next is anybody's guess:

    Announcer: We have interuppted your windows xp session to bring you a barney error. barney went to maryland to catch the ravens football game, but when the ravens made the field goal, barney was strucked by the football. barney wants you to respect him. Not just that, barney is angry that you stole this windows xp, that means you only have one chance to not turn off this computer, if you do, you will face legal action, as microsoft placed a tracker on this computer.

    User turns off the computer notice: You thieivng F**k, you had one chance not to do anything with this computer, but you blew them, as a result, the tracker that microsoft placed will automacally go off with the next 10-15 seconds, not only that, the FBI has been notified, and will be arriving to your house soon.

    Now get prepared for the violation message, you thieivng fool!,

    FEDERAL VIOLATION ALERT:
    You have just triggered this windows xp's tracking monitor, the infomation related to the purchase to this computer and it's data has been catalogued, and will be confisicated by the fbi, who will arrest you soundly, you are also under arrest for petty theft, device secrecy and tampeling with evidence. additionally, this windows xp computer was a bit shipment of computers to catch thieves like you, So your name is on a Organized Crime list as well, So be it. All of this could have been avoided, if you had focused on barney, and not to get the idea to steal microsoft windows computers, Barney warned you only once, but you blew it, i hope you live long enough to think about and confess to your crimes, while having a life sentence in Leavenworth! Tough S**t for you, Pal! Goodbye Now!

    Barney's Message: So long, fool! you never know what it is like inside of leavenworth! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Bye-Bye now!

    Also put the windows xp's it's now safe to turn off your computer, just like windows 95.

Do you have to create like an effect and record with it in audacity or something? I’m working on a new goanimate cartoon for my channel and I wanna voice the devil from cuphead
