I'd like to suggest that you put a beam underneath those joists midspan on both sides to distribute the load of the roof. Right now, the roof is carried by that beam in the middle which is in turn carried by that steel lintel on top of your door. Put a beam from the window lintels to the back walls that way your roof is carried by 3 beams and not just one.
