XMK—Non-sealed Roller Air Bearing Mining Roller Cone Bits

The XMK series bits are non-sealed Roller Bearing bits that are cooled and cleaned by air. They are a mining tool suitable for the development of open-pit coal mines, iron mines, and non-ferrous metal mines. Its scope of application: used for air drilling, high compressive strength, hard formations, such as dolomite, hard sandstone, granite, chert, etc. Its main structural features are:
1. The thrust bearing is made of materials with high wear resistance, high hardness, and high temperature resistance, and has a good air-cooling system designed on the first and second surfaces. While further improving the bearing capacity, improving the air circulation conditions in the bearing cavity is beneficial for reducing the temperature inside the bearing cavity.
2. The cutting structure adopts circular arc hard alloy ball teeth, which improves the compressive strength and wear resistance of the teeth, reduces the rate of tooth breakage, and has the characteristics of fast drilling speed and good strength in hard formation drilling
3. Optimize the number of tooth rows, tooth numbers, exposed tooth heights, and alloy tooth shapes in the design, fully leveraging the cutting ability and speed of the bit
4. The gas-water separator not only provides cooling air for the bearings, but also prevents water and rock debris from entering the bearing cavity from the flow channel and nozzle
5. The back of the palm is well protected by the installation of hard alloy teeth and the welding of wear-resistant alloy, which has been specially strengthened to ensure diameter. It can effectively protect the wear of the back of the palm during drilling in hard formations to prevent early damage to the palm tip from affecting the bearing life
6. The reasonable arrangement of nozzles is conducive to maximizing the cleaning of the well bottom, and the size of nozzle diameter can be appropriately selected based on air pressure and displacement.
