WSL-2 GPU Hacking: Leveraging CUDA & OpenCL for Key Recovery on Windows 11
Welcome back to our channel for another detailed tech tutorial.
Today, we tackle a complex challenge: operating Hashcat and Hitag2 key recovery software on a Windows 11 system equipped with VMware Workstation Pro and WSL-2 and maintain direct access to a NVIDIA RTX3060 for parallell execution. WSL-2 supports CUDA out of the box but the software we are after uses OpenCL.
Our endgoal is to be able to have access to GPU Brute Forcing with OpenCL and CUDA for optimized performance.
