Windows 98 VCACHE error fix for modern computers. Tested on Intel 13th gen CPU and H610 chipset.

This is a video about cregfix*, a 33 bytes patch which solves the VCACHE Windows Protection Error on modern Intel and AMD systems. It should work for all the Windows 9x systems.
