Mica is an opaque, dynamic material that incorporates theme and desktop wallpaper to paint the background of long-lived windows such as apps and settings. The Mica material is not available in Edge by default yet, but as spotted by Leopeva64 on X, Microsoft has started enabling the Mica effect by default in Edge Canary 122 (controlled rollout).
