Win 11 is a POS. Always keep a default .iso image of your Windows 10 drive. So when they pull this crap you can just restore the image to your drive.

Man I feel you! My experience is that at least every second windows upgrades are more of a downgrade.
I keep a little black book of all my passwords cause of experience… and I keep USB sticks backups of everything worth having a backup of.

Hello Blackie, I hate to hear about your computer issues. I can only recommend not using windows. I hate their forced updates. Maybe look into using Linux…..maybe Linux Mint would work for you. Hope you get all your stuff recovered! Keep up the awesome work!

Blackie I restored my PC to a restore point before the update and it fixed my Windows 11 issues. Try it.
Hire a tech guy and he can get your info back and windows 10 back
Blackie, ring up Microsoft and get them to undo the upgrade. They should be able to remotely fix the problem. I had a problem years ago with a HP laptop; I rang their support hotline and they fixed it in a matter of minutes. All the best champ.
My PC did win 11 update 2 years ago and I had none of these issues

To all those who use Google I recommend ditching the Internet Explore or Google web browser and download Brave which after you set in your information such as PW and Usernames into emails or other applications it will save it. It uses Google as a browser but not access to the internet which will also cure up that hassle of finding the information you search for like those "Fact checked" pages. Note you will also never have ads on any page including YT.
