  3. On some systems this update may cause a blue screen of death.
Uninstalling Updates > Run CMD command prompt as Administrator and enter > wusa /uninstall /kb:5043145 , and after uninstalling the update, restart the computer.

  4. Well KB5043145 is an optional non-security preview update. so you dont have to install it. I would wait until the update is done and out of preview.
and it is fair to have a optional preview update with errors in it. cause you dont have to install it. so if you are having problems it is your fault for installing it.
i dont think it is a disaster since it is a optional preview, so you install it knowing it is not finished and there could be errors.

  5. Between all the zero day exploits and this latest debacle, I've had it with Microsoft. Starting today, Linux is my new daily driver. It does everything Windows did, at least for me it does. I realize Linux isn't a one stop solution for everyone, but I encourage everyone to check it out. The software and hardware support has come a long way in the past 20 years.

  6. You would expect MS to check these updates rigourasly. Especially with new A.I. software. It is hard to believe these mishaps happen so often. Maybe even with an agenda in mind. It will affect PC.s globally, so it might irritate China and Russia a bit. If they can't roll back that easy it might disrupt business easily on their working floors as on ours.
