Or you can just type in "user" as your username and password for microsoft account. It'll say something is wrong and prompt you to create local account. It's faster, and you don't have to disable the internet.
Step 1: Uninstall windows 11, it's garbage and literally takes features away from you that old windows versions had Step 2: Install windows 10, or 7 if you like living on the edge.
