The latest optional update for Windows 11 22H2 and 23H2 enables the new widgets taskbar button position, next to the system tray, on taskbars with left aligned icons.

Bought a new laptop & just looked up KB5041587 before going forward with this update but I think I’ll leave for now. Thanks for the info. I’ve subscribed to your channel.
I had to uninstall mine. Chrome got unstable while in a streamyard hangout. My taskbar was going crazy when hovering over top of it. I shut down and got a blue screen but to fast to see what it was, but event viewer was saying something about my MSI RTX4060 driver which I just installed a couples days ago using DDU. I'll see how it is since I uninstalled KB5041587 here in my not even a month old AMD5 new build from he**, with win11. Noting but problems.

we need to move the whole taskbar on the sides of the screen… so much waster space..

it came 22h1 its self i am using this feature long back bro , anyway good video ii think you have noticed it today
just updated on my n100 media pc and other than the "latest updates toggle" i'm not on any fast ring program, and it now behaviours like your video shows.
My laptop is on version 23H2 — 22631.4112 and I have it here in Germany.
