Just checked to see if Recall was enabled on my system here, I use an LTSC setup. After running the command and a restart the service is re-enabled. Downloaded Shutup10 which has a toggle to disable COPILOT and RECALL, did that, service re-enabled itself.
Seems like MS has patched it maybe in the last 24 hours?
And yes I ran everything with elevated priv.

yes, but still comes with Recall, which has ALSO been integrated (more like sneaked into) to shell, compromising privacy again.

Running W10 lTSC at the moment but have a copy of W11 LTSC running on a10 year old desktop to test it. Looks good so far

YOu can't get this version of Windows 11 unless you have an account with Microsoft. You can get it from a third party site but I would not do it.
What if I install Windows 10 LTSC now? Am I going to get updates even after October 2025?
Opos not working properly on this version when recall hardware device name in software. zzzz… So we downgrade back to windows 10 Ltsc. We dont like windows 11. Many issue in industrial or business. Very laggy if running many devices with MSQL.. zzz.. many issue on kiosk device!! 🙀
