24h2 has more gpu usage plus gpu pulls more power but less fps? I dont think this test is true at all

In some instances Windows 11 loses to Windows 10 while it's supposed to be an upgraded version of the same system. What a mess.

looks about right to what im experiencing as well 5700x 4070 dual booting windows 11 23h2 KB5041587 vbs core isolation off everything up to date getting 260fps on apex on windows 11 in an exact area i get 295 on windows 10. same thing on the finals 265 fps on windows 10 240 fps on windows 11.

Good video. only critisism I got is the cs2 benchmark might as well not be there, try community workshop benchmark maps next time, that would be much more apples to apples.
I think you need to check the Cyberpunk Avg FPS. I see 125-127 but you have mentioned something else.
I guess VBS (Virtualization Based Security) was enabled on Win 11.

Did you use an administrator account or default Windows 10? That's the real question.
Every game I've tested so far has seen a 7-15% improvement with a 7600x. 👍
11 seems to have a pretty big negative impact on 3D Mark benchmarks
