Hi , I lost 5 st 5 lbs following Ww healthy eating plan started at 15 st 5 lbs I changed how I ate no processed foods I started walking start of second lockdown UK hated it started a 6 k but did it everyday only flat paces avoiding hills if I couldn’t I had to stop and take my inhaler at least 3 times but I was consistent and started to enjoy my walks I had a route I walked and gradually over the months I increased my daily step’s winter came and didn’t want to risk a fall found low aerobic indoor walking exercises on YouTube to do but went our if it rained as the outdoors walking was so good for my mental health 9 months later my steps were 30 k a day ( lockdown we couldn’t visit or see people but we go out for a walk) took up around 4 hours of my day but was so worth it weight watchers classes were virtual but took a picture of my weight weekly and posted it on the Ww Facebook page before I started I was diagnosed as being pre diabetic by the end of the lockdown I was 9 st 10 lbs this was considered my BMI weight I look wrinkly and scraggy I saw my doctor and between us decided to add 7 lbs to my BMI weight however my body didn’t stay at 10st 2 lbs it went up to 11st 2 lbs my food choices have stayed the same I still walk 10/15 k steps a day but just get down to 10 st 12 lbs then up it goes again although I’m still wearing my new size clothes 5 sizes down than before so definitely confused I still go to my weight watchers classes I have accepted this is a lifetime commitment oh I’m 77 years old asthmatic take meds for colestral and blood pressure came off them when I lost weight but needed to go back on them as the problem hadn’t gone away oh I can walk up hills no bother now hardly ever need emergency inhaler sorry this is long post take care

  2. went from 500 to 300. I get stuck every 10 pounds for longer and longer and longer
    my advice is stop wasting your time and if you're not going whole food home cooked carnivore then at least:
    1. have zero compromise on eating zero processed food/drinks.
    2. have zero compromise on getting restful sleep
    3. have zero compromise on drinking enough water till your pee is light yellow
    These 3 are the foundation. Walking as much as time allows is #4 but some people are too big to walk. I almost was at one point.
    PS: Most likely your family and friends are holding you back if they won't let you do #1-#3 in peace, cut them off at least for now.

I set on 180/182 for years … i loss few times and when down to 174/175 but go right back to 180/182 ..that was with hypothyroidism , now on wegovy been for like 4 months i set at 168/170 but im eating more protein and more exercise … and you right about number in the scale .. i can lift way more weight in the gym , people look at me and act like i losss 30 plus pounds …

  4. I found if my body thinks I am trying to kill it by starvation , I sort it out with fasting 16/8 . Oh it says now you are trying to really kill me. Get your act together body , brain are you listening 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I fast and calorie intake 1000. Up the strength training and boom she kicks in . BSL always perfect on 0:25 weekly injection of ozempic . I am a lucky person I get results on low and slow . 🐨💗
