This is my final say on the matter. Yes, you can have both. If you don’t want to believe that, that’s your prerogative, but I highly suggest you to look within and ask yourself why you’re so triggered that people with BPD can be comorbid with NPD. I get asked all the time if BPD can be comorbid with anxiety, depression, HPD, ADHD, bipolar, schizophrenia, DID, etc etc. The answer is yes. Why is NPD any different? Look within.
