Virtualization

What Will Technology Be Like İn 10 Years?

hello guys
What will technology be like in 10 years?

1. **Process Automation and Virtualization (IIoT)**

By 2025, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) will be utilized in approximately half of the existing business processes. Processes will be virtualized through the use of robots, RPI (Robotic Process Automation), 3D printing, artificial intelligence, augmented/mixed/virtual reality, and blockchain. The integration of humans, machines, and artificial intelligence will lead to a leap into Industry 5.0.

2. **Integration**

All processes and interrelated processes will be connected through 5G and IoT. Every step and piece of data will be fully digitized and operate on the blockchain. Full integration will be achieved with wireless, remotely controllable IoT systems. Sectors such as mobility, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail will lead the way. The impact of these advancements alone will increase the global GDP by $2 trillion by 2030.

3. **Distributed Infrastructure**

Companies will transition to distributed IT infrastructure, utilizing hybrid or multi-cloud platforms. Data and processes will be carried out in the cloud, but devices will have faster access. Speed and agility will increase, complexities will decrease, leading to cost savings and enhanced cybersecurity.

4. **Next-Generation Computing, Quantum Computing**

Supercomputers and quantum computing, which may currently seem like fantasies, will elevate all computing systems to a new and highly advanced level in the next decade. Processing speed and capacity will reach levels that are thousands of times greater than today’s standards. Significant investments will and should be made in this field.

5. **Genetic Technologies and the Bioproduct Revolution**

The combination of advancements in genetic technologies and biological sciences will redefine and create new standards, inventions, and products across all industries, from health and agriculture to consumer goods, energy consumption, and materials. The bio-revolution accelerated by artificial intelligence, automation, and DNA sequencing will lead to the development of new insights and entirely new markets. Advances in material science will transform industries, including medicine, energy, transportation, health, semiconductors, and manufacturing, down to the level of atoms, so to speak. “Graphene” will finally become a rising star.
