  1. I know what you mean and totally understand what you said.
I got my first Rolex twelve years ago, and each and every day I look at it and I’m admiring it. She’s perfect and I will hand all my watches down to my boys.
    Good luck in your endeavour.
There is no substitute for the real deal.
But I disagree on the „cheapest of a luxury brand“ you said. The explorer is perfect and well worth it, even being the entry model.
Best regards and keep us updated!

  2. My dad has a real rolex, and a high end fake rolex that is identical to his real one and he wears the fake quite a bit, only wearing his real one in places he really trusts. people may not like it, but It makes sense to me honestly.

  3. This is all Rolex’s fault. I have the slate with the oyster bracelet smooth bezel. It’s supposed to be the easiest piece to get. I wouldn’t get discouraged about the AD. You have to be persistent with your interests. Rolex will drop. I passed on 3 in the past couple of years.
As a matter of fact, ADs are getting rejected when they give “The Call.” Just be patient. It could take 3 weeks, 3 months, or a year. Just show interest.

  4. Plot twist…his dad’s watch was a fake 😮 lol. I know you mentioned Jomashop, I’ve bought a few watches from them and they have been fine! No problems and no fakes, I was a little worried the first time getting my first watch serviced, I was expecting a “what is this piece of garbage” lol but it was all good!

  5. This is a good story, though I think it is a bit histrionic. I just bought a Rolex superclone, and you are right, there are so many fakes and scams that it is difficult to know who to trust. I spent about $750 for my watch. It is complete crap, but I am not going to destroy it. The genuine Rolex (Batman/BLNR) on the grey market costs north of $20,000. No way I would spend that much for a stainless steel watch, no matter how much I love the brand. Anyway … great job.

  6. Hey, I've been through this myself. I was only able to wear the fake a couple of times outdoors since I felt like I was fake myself. However, you don't have to destroy the watch. You could just sell it online in some Facebook group or forum.

  7. Anyone who loves Rolex enough to get a fake, I would highly recommend looking at vintage Tudors. They aren't much more than a good replica, and they are the real deal, they are a real Rolex in the flesh, with the reliability of ETA movements. I ended up buying a 1989 Tudor Prince Oysterdate and never looked back at any other watches. I daily it every day and love every second of it!

  8. Great story 👍
I'm thinking about buying a superclone too, but a clone on your wrist isn't giving you the desired feelings. A fake watch is for the other people only. But If you get robbed, the last laugh is on you.
