Have you received any SNE's running firmware 13.0.1.100? I just received one and could not get the resource files to access the device from JCI's website. My rep said he would get me the files, but, he told me I can use the UI to access it directly. After sniffing out the IP address, I put my laptop on the same network, opened my browser, and typed https://(IP address)/UI. I was then prompted to put in the username and password. Once I accessed it, I first added my login credentials, then changed the DHCP IP settings to Static and put the device into my network. I rebooted and logged back in and changed the name of the device. Again I rebooted. I am currently waiting for my server software to be updated from version 12 to version 14. Once that is complete, I will demote the device and discover it into MUI. Hopefully all goes well, since I have never done it with this UI before. I need version 14 to upgrade my data base for the old NAE to an SNE firmware version 13. Let me know if you have had any experiences with this yet.
