  1. upside down world reporting.. mine injuries prior to 2022 were ALL from ukrainian mines. Ukraine is the one that was firing petal mines into civilian areas. While Russia is advancing 500km2 per month, how are ukrainians clearing mines the russians have planted. The seismic sensor mines are anti-tank and disable themselves remotely . disingenuous reporting at best.

  2. What I do not understand is that in the West there are many people who think that Zelensky and Ukraine are the villains. Apparently, Putin's orcs are allowed to bomb and destroy Ukraine but Ukraine is not allowed to pay Russia back in kind. I lost all faith in Western leadership. Never saw such a bunch of hypcritical cowards. And now we have a Putin agent in the WH. I hope we will be able to say that the pupil is now surpassing the master and that the pupil can be called 'a former agent' of Putin. We wait in great anxiety.

  3. One kf the first places russia would occupy is schools. Large buildings open inside. Largw bathroom etc. Offices for officers and gymnasiums for hokding lower aoldiers large roads in and out. Commercial kitchen and large open fields for trenches and easy defense. You can see people coming all aeound on open land. Russians know no boinds. They left land mines everywhere and fecal matter smeared on the walls inside that still stood. Thye also make booby traps from mines and place them inside buildings .

  4. Rhodesia at one time was one of the most heavily mined countries in Africa. Many innocent rural buses and civilians detonated these mines. Rhodesia came up with the Pookie – a mine detecting vehicle riding on old formula 1 race car tyres, it was very successful in finding mines.

  5. I only wish Diana, Princess of Wales, could have lived to see wifi-equipped drones (with cameras pointed at the ground) attached to modern metal detectors. These hovering devices will let us see where the mines are placed and save COUNTLESS legs, lives and vehicles. Ukraine will still need many years to make the country safe, but the work will now be done more safely.

  6. 0:44 you just mentioned booby traps. I’m only part 🇺🇦, but I have family there & a cousin in the AFU. One of the things the rz do that absolutely sickens him is when they booby trap the bodies of their own, so that when a🇺🇦 goes to check if the rz is alive or not, to give medical treatment or to move the body to give them some dignity when their own have just left them they go boom 😢
How can anyone do that to someone you’ve worked side by side with possibly for months?
What about their family? At the end of the day it’s someone’s son. It truly sickens him, me and likely millions more.
It just shows the level of depravity some people will do.
I know of at least 1 warehouse full of the bodies that rz won’t take back. If they accept them then they have to pay the family dea*h benefits 😤
💩tin truly a d utterly disgusts me as does someone in the us who think he’s ‘a great guy’ 😤
I’m terrified of what’s going to happen to Ukraine in January 🇺🇦💙💛🇺🇦💙💛🇬🇧

  7. Saw an article that described photographing fields with infrared after the sun goes down – the shallow placed tank mines absorb more heat and therefore stand out in the grass as hot circles, even with shallow burial.

  8. I've read of another ingenious mine detecting method invented by ukranians a while ago. Field is photographed with a drone in IR spectrum right after the sunset. Mines dissipate heat differently that the ground and become clearly visible.

  9. someone should teach this young man how easily one can brew Synthetic Aperture Radar (a.k.a Lidar) with which one may see up to 10 meters below ground. Hall Effect mine location works but Synthetic Aperture Radar would greatly improve mine removal productivity
