  1. Snapdragon as a product exists just for Microsoft to use for their privacy-hating AI systems to be installed as Recall locally on PCs. You pay for the product, they use it's power and capabilities with their crappy OS, and they lease it back to you so you can use it how they tell you to use it – Microsoft "having their cake and eating it".

    Linux runs on "any old rubbish", only Microsoft magpies need shiny new things constantly.

  2. Running linux in a VM on Android seems like a pointless endeavor. Any privacy benefits you get from linux are null if Android is the host OS. Personally, as long as Google has their finger in Android (AOSP or otherwise) it's an untrustworthy OS.
