Ubuntu 24.10 and KDE 6 – How to install KDE 6 via Ubuntu – WSL – X410 – Windows 11 – Linux – 2024

I tried $ apt search kde-plasma-desktop and it tells me:
$ apt search kde-plasma-desktop
kde-plasma-desktop/oracular,oracular,oracular,oracular,oracular,oracular,oracular,oracular,oracular,oracular 5:148ubuntu3 amd64
KDE Plasma Desktop and minimal set of applications

Now it says 5:14ubuntu3 amd64; this means it is Plasma 5.14? So I didn't follow through.
There is a PPA but I tried that and says there is no backport.
