Ubuntu 22.04 – How to fix vboxuser is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported

i’m trying to install apache:
sudo apt-get install apache2 -y

but it’s getting an error:

[sudo] password for vboxuser:
vboxuser is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported
