I recently stated that the upcoming Starfield Performance Patch was rather mid….I WAS WRONG. Chalk it up to user error, but after getting installed correctly, I am seeing HUGE performance gains. Digital Foundry has recently posted their results about this Beta Patch, and it is mostly excellent news from them as well. Plus, I constantly see comparisons to CyberPunk2077 and Balder’s Gate 3, and we need to talk about those development cycles and time needed to get the games into current form. Can Starfield share those kind of results after 3 years of work? Let’s talk it out.
