I think if you are just starting ASIC mining journey you can buy this miner to start if you got free electricity. You will learn about ip addresses and how to manage them before buying a big ASIC. we are having a bull run and then this will be profitable and make your money back.

I was looking into this as I'm a newbie to Kaspa mining and investing. KS 5 Lite looked interesting then I heard all the miners thoughts on how low the return was getting on the market. I'd still like to test it out. I'm in the US as well.
i dont think is a good idea, yield has fallen off a cliff, the price depreciatiopn of these units are just compounding. Better buying kaspa at this point now. In the US
