It appears as though Microsoft is updating the installation screens and steps for Windows 11 to remove the older Windows 10 looking purple screens to give it a more modern look. The select location to install Windows screen has some additional options such as bring disk online and extend partition. There is also the only save files to this PC option during the installation which will prevent OneDrive from automatically syncing your files the first time you log in.
This video was done using the Windows 11 Insider ISO file since these new options are not in the retail version yet. This installation process was shortened in this video so normally it will take longer when you do it yourself.
