  1. This sensing of how hungry one is and using that to measure your nutritional intake is much easier at 5% BF, as the body sends strong signals. when it has less than what is considered healthy as reserved. Aside from truly malnurished anorexics, most of us watchings this video can't even seperate actual hunger from emotional eating – myself included.

  2. The haters are out in force claiming the dude ain’t natty. He doesn’t have the telltale signs. You can’t handle the guy just puts the work in.. you can get diced on velveeta and tap ramen. Bros in prison prove it every day. You fatties need to quit watching health videos and MOVE YA AZZ

  3. Its funny, when you see the thumbnail and title, you get curious and don't know what to expect to hear from the guy. But what you do not expect to hear, is words like ice cream, soda, starbucks coffee and stuff like that.
And I get that this is not the staple of his diet. But it makes me think that one of the things he has going for him, is probably being chill, not overthinking … basically peace of mind.

  4. My diet is 90% or more simple whole foods. Once a month or so I have a need for something like a burger with chips. I most certainly have it and enjoy it because the impact of this over a lifetime would be almost negligible. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. As long as you stay under you bodies ability to utilise carbohydrates, fats and proteins based on you lifestyle than there isn’t any issues.

  5. This video is such a bad idea. This guy, in the best case scenario, is as much a genetic anomaly as Dorian Yates or Ronnie Coleman are to bodybuilding. At worst, he's lying through his teeth about no gear usage and/or what he eats. People are going to watch this and start eating burgers and ice cream, lewl.

  6. Stay busy, eat intuitively. That's what I'm doing right now and it's way less stress! I was literally tied to Cronometer and judging myself before. What most of us have a problem with is knowing the true feeling of hunger. Once you can tell true hunger from boredom, it gets easier. Thanks for this totally honest interview.

  7. I feel my body as well, thrives on carbs. I like to train fasted with 50oz water/pre then ill eat anything really but crave carbs. I'll eat 2, 3 to 6 doughnuts easily. For about a year, i was eating 21 chocolate chip cookies minium a week. It makes me look super pumped 😆. I know it's junk but it's like the body wants that fast burning sugars 🔥. I'm 46 and bounce around 11-14% body fat with out trying.

  8. I'll just ignore everything I learned from Dr Bikman now 😅

I mean who really cares if you found an outlier that stays lean eating garbage He said it himself there is absolutely no science involved here He just happens to be a hardcore gym rat who can get away with a horrible diet

  9. BMI is largely governed by genetics

If you look at China they eat more rice wheat and fruit per capita than anywhere else and have more diabetics per capita as well

Eating whatever just ignores science, something I think this guy does often for more clicks

  10. Being jacked is great, but what about eating a diet to prevent disease like cancer? I don't care about being ripped. As long as I'm not over weight I'm good, what I'm concerned with are diseases. Being jacked doesn't mean you can't get a heart attack or cancer.

  11. Humans pack our mitochondria in our brain and heart, among other places, but not muscle (as great apes do). Thus why many body builders at this age or above suffer neuro and cardiac health problems.

  13. This was glossed over and perhaps missed by many, but he did develop colon cancer 6 years ago. Further supporting the fact that cancer is a metabolic disease. While all the junk he eats may be fueling his body, it's also fueling cancer cells…be careful with the junk/toxic foods and understand you can't just eat that bs whenever you feel like it.

  14. 0:40 "Supplement REGIME"? Doesn't he mean, "regimen"? A regime is something like a governmental system. A regimen is a planned or prescribed schedule of something, typically pertaining to health, such as exercise or supplements.

  15. Thank you for this video. This man is a fraud. He was dancing around and re correcting his position , with the most basic questions and push back. Thank you for this Thomas. Much appreciated! Dudes a fraud! Ps , your hat turned backwards made you look retarded! 😂🎉
