  1. Hey, a little bit of advice (speaking from experience) regarding minions beacuse i saw it in the last video: There aren't many minions you'll need a lot of (if you're fine with some parts of progression taking their time), but you need a ton of specific materials, for example you'll need an insane amount of string if you wanna get a lot of the rev slayer crafts, especially if you wanna go for reaper armor or aots (since you said your goal was to max slayers), or if you wanna stay as a mage in dungeons you should probably quickly get a sheep pet (and you'll likely need to upgrade it since ironman luck is only real for early game). it really depends on your goals and what items you want (to reach those goals) though, for example i wanted to go for frozen blaze (DO NOT GO FOR IT, by the time you'll have it you should have full necron) and that took a loooong time and took up like half of my minion slots.

  2. Skyblock youtubers complaining and calling the game trash influences everyone else to think the same and you end up shitting where you sleep. AKA youre killing your own game!

  3. I'm loving these you motivated me to get back into skyblock I put over 1000 hours into my main profile and got demotivated, As of yesterday I have an ironman now. I'm hoping to see more from this series and keep having fun man.

  4. the worse thing about event is annual event there is a talisman you can have only on halloween and another one on christmas so 1 time per year like imagine you start your ironman in february then you miss a rare and legendary talisman for 1 year its insane

  5. 100% agreed on the shelmet bit, I’m sb level 230 on my iman and I’m like 1 enchanted claw off of legendary griffin stuck waiting for a new Diana, same thing with the mining fiestas you were saying like it’s just a drag to have to time the events

  6. about the rant for events ive had a different idea on the knockback and i felt like its the perfect place to mention so here goes.
i feel like a graveyard zombie being able to do knockback on anyone without a shelmet even a max player is weird. so my idea is that weaker mobs than you shoudnt be able to knock you back at all. idk how to best catecorize whats weaker than you but im thinking its based on skyblock level and mob level, like if your skyblock level is higher than the mob level you dont get knockback but idk if its the best. maybe for dungeons it could work on cata level or after a certain floor comp lower level mobs or lower floor mobs dont do knockback or smth. also bosses and a couple other things should bypass this

  7. ive reached the stage of the game where i wanna do f7 but i play tank so now i gotta fucking fish for 50 hours just to get 1 of many item reqs just to play a dungeon floor :::( my rant for the day

  8. Ah yes, Ironman Mining Progression! This is something I'm all too familiar with, as an Ironman with a near maxed mining setup (I'm only missing alloy, locket, amber polished, and glossy stuff). Given your prior game knowledge, I'm sure most of these tips won't be of much use to you, but I'll say them anyways!

You opened this video talking about the FOMO problem, and while it is an issue we wish didn't exist, we still have to play around it. It's unknown when the next Cole will be, but absolutely rush mineral armor if you don't already have it, as in the new update it HARD CARRIES. the insane block/ore spread makes getting Gold, Diamond, Redstone, Iron, Hardstone, Cobblestone, and so so much more so easy to get in mass, and this will help tremendously with all forgeables, as well as talis like Personal Compactor/Deletor or Experience Artifact, and with early game Grands/Titanics. Also don't be scared to put Jaded on your mineral even if you don't have Divan quite yet, You'll get more jaderalds than you know what to do with. Mineral also makes MoD gold an insane early game Iman money making method, and will help so much with dungeon chests.

Speaking of dungeons, here's some more tips!
I'm not one to advocate for the Mage option early game, as I feel it is way to squishy to make it far in the higher floors. I honestly recommend true melee Berserker, as this provides great clearing potential, as well as a ton of survivability with bloodlust and life steal. If you can, Get an AOTD asap, as it hard carried my melee damage in the early game, but the main thing with dungeons is using any dungeonizable equipment available to you. I wouldn't bother with dragon armors for dungeons for this path, as by the time I got the cata reqs for Dragon Armor I had full Shadow Assassin. Zombie Knight is the armor you should have prior to assassin. A cleaver would work as a great beginner weapon, although my co-op got lucky with a Shadow Fury, making bers so much better. I grinded F6 until a GS and that made F7 entirely possible at that point. Another tip, I struggled soooo hard with the KB in dungeons, but slime hat came to the rescue! it may seem trash at first but it actually worked surprisingly well. I should note that I am a very experienced dungeons player and that has a huge impact on playing higher floors on Ironman with limited gear options (definitely not a problem for you, but may be for any others reading this). If it's any reassurance, it worked for me all the way until I got my fully scrolled hype, so it definitely works.

Another note for mining, as soon as Glacite Tunnels is accessible, it makes mining sooo much more fun. I had an absolute blast grinding Glacite Tunnels for a month straight, as you're constantly making tons of progress. It does have a high barrier of entry though, due to Hotm/Breaking Power requirements. x455/guantlet works with Scraped or Maniac Miner ability for the extra BP, but you should have x555 before really going for it anyways. Mineshaft glacite mobs are also insane for glacite jewels, so take advantage of them.
Also Bal pet is super useful, as the 10% cooldown reduction is useful anywhere, and the 3 pristine makes MF gemstones super fast compared to other methods.

Hope there was something useful here! if there's any other parts of progression you are curious about I probably have some tip for it.
