Psychologist and wilderness guide Nitsan Mesika, MA, LPCC, joins me to share her life’s work around Cluster B Personalities (particularly narcissism and borderline) as well as a new personality disorder emerging which she calls The Hyper-Empath, which Nitsan begins to layout starting at 16:20.
I found this to be a fascinating exploration of a personality disorder that feels prevalent in some “conscious communities” and the social spheres that I’m a part of as well as characteristics that I’ve seen show up in my own psychology.
