No offense but I doubt you could find 12 willing buyers for those GPUs. If would be beyond comprehension for the price/demand to increase on these. It would take a coin greater than ETH in its peak. Imagine that. I only mention this because you mentioned possibly selling off the GPUs in the future. I'm sure those didn't include free shipping and I'm sure the prices were in USD so making the money back is near impossible by my estimation. Sure. It's always possible that 6 year old tech becomes more expensive today than it was back then. There is no real scenario from any coin where that's possible. A coin would have to come literally out of nowhere. Think of what people would call that.
I think these are trash, i picked up 2 when they first released… you can only fit 6 30 series cards…

you could definitely recycle the parts for a profit. $50 for the psu's, maybe $40 for the gpus and get your money back.

Fans do not turn off after shutdown. Would need a managed PDU to truly shut it off. I have a couple and just manually unplug them as needed.
