  1. if somebody in country outside fails in esports has another shot at other things but in India if they fail at esports, they probably would not be able to do anything else and they will be categorised as failure for life. Most of the players outside get their pc while they are minors but in India most of the people get their PC, if they enter the college or else they are content doing everything with their smartphones. There is also a fact that the hunger for this kind of stuff is very less among Indians due to the study and land a job and they stay comfortably after that.

  2. good podcast, no bullshit and pretty good number of points covered. Happy to see the academy work also start. Hopefully we start seeing Indian players at international stage by 2026

  3. I can't believe I was this engaged for the whole hour. The insights to GE's financial and organizational structure is eye opening. NGL, I am a SkRossi meme enjoyer and that is where my interest ends with GE. Kudos to you guys, seems like you have stabilized your processes and are doing your best to win and develop talent in India at the same time. I love the vision, just need to prove to everyone that the team is competent to execute ig. Excited to see if your efforts pay off these next two years!

  4. I hate to say this but skrossi has to take on that mentor role find talents and grow talents .
I get he wants and still has the drive to compete but unfortunately he is not up to the level and should focus on being the pioneer of developing Indian talent.

  5. I am someone who keeps on saying, put 5 Indian players in your team since ever. However listening to the points mentioned in this video, I can now understand the reasons GE is shying away from Indian players. Totally Fair.

  6. Rushindra is specifically talking about Golu. He is egregiously and atrociously bad . He was literally Immortal1 a few months back and also in a content he said he doesnt play ranked. Imagine being a org in franchise and having someone who duped them into believing he is radiant level lmao.

  7. I just have one question. He has said everything about Indian players and all and they and we know Indian players are not any good enough for VCT currently. They selected players who they thought are good enough for VCT, isn't it ? Then why there are no result for so called Good enough players in VCT level ?? At least get playoffs and then talk about criticizing other players no ??

  8. we should make a chart where we can see how many radiant players are actually radiant below 40 ping and above 40 ping , only reason I am saying this there's only 2 or 3 city where u can have around 40 ping on sg server
