I would not be surprized if those are either accidentally or to frame russians, shot by Kyiv forces. One thing is certain, russian planes do not fly in the side of Ukraine as they would be shot down. That's why the glide bombs are practically only weapons with long range missiles that aircraft can use effectively.
The Germans used something similar on Britain in the second ww ,the mines were very lethal,like little tin toys that when dropped the was a nightmare,but the propaganda machine went to work with a funny story of mines from the sky what were just picked up and were no use ,but in fact would closedown an area ,as even the wind would blow them and set them off and were a nightmare
