if you want something lightweight, use LTSC of windows 10, not the LTSC for windows 11, because the support for windows 10 LTSC still long enough comparing the pro version.
and if you still thinking the LTSC is not that lightweight, use tweaker like winaero tweaker or christ titus windows tool
the modified iso is something that you need not for your main computer, but for the secondary one with older / unsupported hardware (windows 11)
linux is the last option and good luck for adapting more to that OS

I do have WIndows 11 Pro ugrade from Windows 10 Pro and there is the gaming section in settings.
