  1. This is what Musk means when he says this is a new story. He has pivoted as technology changed. Driving the costs of a vehicle down to be affordable to the masses and selling 20 million per year made sense before. But now to make FSD widely available, to make it save the highest number of lives, it has to be affordable to the masses. People who stretch to buy a $20K car can't afford to add on a $10K piece of software. And many people never buy a new car, they have to buy used because they can't afford new. Or Third of Fourth world people. The way to make EVs and FSD accessible to them is to spread out the costs with Cybercab and delivery services. Selling cars to private owners is going to be a minor part of Tesla. It won't go away, but it will be dwarfed by robotaxis. (And energy and robots) Analysts whining about margin and advertising and brand damage are completely missing the real story. Because it is a new one.

  2. Tesla needs to make a delivery vehicle. Not a van, but a small order vehicle for pizzas, meals, small shopping orders. The van is necessary too, but I believe that retail is going to transform almost completely to delivery and Tesla needs to get ahead of that. A van with an Optimus is going to be a great delivery vehicle but there will be a huge market for small fast deliveries. (I am a Dasher and I see it every day.) Once it is cheap enough, why would anyone waste their time grocery shopping or running to get fast food?

  3. The Data Centres Tesla is building will be required for the billions of Optimus in future as well as the RoboTaxi/CyberCabs & for Data Storage which will be another huge money printing machine for Tesla.

  4. October 10th starts with Elon at some place calling a RoboTaxi to come & get him & when it arrives it actually looks like a CyberCab with the steel body & easily identifiable. He gets in & tells it to take him to where Franz is located. When Franz gets into the RoboTaxi/CyberCab Elon tells it to go to pick up Robyn next. Then seconds later they arrive at the Warner Brothers studio & all three get out of the car to a standing ovation.

Elon stands up to the mike & begins to explain the Tesla RoboTaxi Network & then let's Hans explain how they came up with the CyberCab concept & explains the features within. Then Robyn begins to talk about the RoboTaxi experience & business model & how they expect the success to come. Then Elon steps back up to the mike & talks about Optimus & how some RoboTaxis in future will have Optimus in the CyberCab to help people/seniors in & out of the vehicle, help people with groceries & parcels & deliver them right to their door.

Elon then presents Tesla Eats & Pizza Deliver Service & Parcel Delivery Service possibilities with CyberCab & Optimus. Then Elonl talks about CyberCab & Optimus taking kids to school, taking Seniors shopping or appointments or to their children's homes. He then explains ParaTransport for special needs people & kids & all the other possibilities that a combo of CyberCab & Optimus can be a huge positive to society. It would also be a positive if he can annouce several partnerships with companies to deliver their products & then pivot to the status of Semi & the future production possibilities. Then pivot to Energy, the Shanghai Plant & the future possibilities & finally the Mexico Giga-Factory & the progress there & possibilities. And as the presentation comes to an end to a standing ovation a number of celebrities drive their CyberTruck into the Studio in front of the stage getting out of their vehicle waving to the crowd. Good Night Everybody.

  5. The "summon to location:" is useful if I'm going to be at that better location in a few minutes e.g. when I'm in the checkout I can pre-summon it so I don't have to wait when I get out.

  6. You forgot the mic drops of partnership announcements, biz model outline with more specifics and pilot program location announcements, date commitments to rollout to china and perhaps other countries….

  7. Including Optimus with a robotaxi will as Nick said, ‘part of the new book’ and I immediately think Optimus will be included as a courier carrying a parcel to make a delivery from a roboXpress van.

  8. It's often unclear who Tesla is attempting to communicate to. This style of event is usually targeted at Wall Street and the financial media. But a presentation showing yet another (impressive) step towards a robotaxi that Tesla aren't ready to roll out is going to have no impact.

  9. The jobs presentation was a landmark presentation, but the cybertruck demo with the window breaking disaster resulted in 2 million pre orders. The blunder went in every newscast, every
    newspaper, every
    international magazine
Thus elons presentation was in tie for the greatest presentation of all time

  10. Deploying ASS reveals some final parts of the puzzle to me: 1) remote observation and (limited) control – real time video relay to another device and extended controls will be needed for remote drivers to get out of a fix on the robotaxi network; 2) driving controls free monitored driving to a pinpoint location – a way for passengers to specify exactly where they want to be dropped off off public roads while the robotaxi gingerly does the driving (all the time training the drop-off functionality to be completey autonomous)

  11. Thanks Mate, the sad truth is that no one has a clue, we all react to what happens as it happens and try to analyse it but can’t predict an iota of what is going to unfold in the markets… content creators are like amplifiers, when times are good they affirm it and try to tell you why it’s good and that it’s looking bullish but then all of a sudden the market turns bearish and everyone affirms it again and try to analyse why.. it’s so sad that many are so powerless and it's not about guessing the market's next move; it's about playing it smart and steady during trading…managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3Bitcoin to a decent 19Bitcoin in the space of a few months… I'm especially grateful to Kerrie Farrell, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape…..
