อันนี้คือเรื่องเล่า เหตุการณ์ที่ Microsoft เคยจะฟ้องเด็กอายุ 17 ปี รู้ไหมครับว่าบริษัทยักษ์ใหญ่อย่าง Microsoft เคยเกือบฟ้องร้องคดีกับเด็กอายุ 17 ปีคนนึงมาแล้ว เรื่องนี้นะครับเกิดขึ้นในปี 2004 ตอนที่มีเด็กหนุ่มอายุ 17 ปีคนนึงชื่อว่า Mike Rowe ตัดสินใจซื้อโดเมนเว็บไซต์ให้ตัวเองในชื่อ MikeRoweSoft.com เพื่อโฆษณาธุรกิจเขียนเว็บของตัวเอง และถึงแม้ว่าเว็บของตัวเองไม่ได้เป็นเว็บที่โด่งดังอะไรมากนะครับ อยู่มาวันนึง Mike ก็ได้จดหมายจาก Microsoft บอกให้สละชื่อเว็บทิ้งซะ เพราะว่าเป็นการละเมิดเครื่องหมายการค้า ทาง Mike Rowe เองก็บอกให้ Microsoft ช่วยรับผิดชอบค่าเสียหายที่ต้องสละชื่อหน่อย แต่ Microsoft เองก็เสนอเพียงแค่ 10 เหรียญหรือ 300 กว่าบาทเป็นค่าชดเชยเท่านั้น ด้วยเหตุนี้นะครับ Mike เองก็ไม่พอใจมากและบอกว่าให้ชดเชยมาเป็นเงิน 10,000 เหรียญ ทำให้ Microsoft ส่งจดหมายสั่งยุติดำเนินการทั้งหมด ทีนี้ทาง Mike ก็ไม่ยอมแพ้นะครับ เพราะเขาเองก็ตัดสินใจเล่าเรื่องทั้งหมดให้สื่อฟัง จนมีคนตัดสินใจอยากช่วยเหลือ Mike มากมาย ซึ่งสิ่งสำคัญเลยคือ Microsoft ดูแย่มากๆ จนสุดท้ายต้องยอมจำนนและตัดสินใจมอบของมากมายเช่น…
