  1. If they do not want to come up and die underground that is their own choice just as it was their own choice to go down.
I bet more than 80% of those illegal miners are most probably illegal immigrants

  2. Govt is waiting for them to surface and No one is saying they can't come up,they refuse to come to the surface cos there is communication with they families ,if they water or food they must resurface…

  3. What if I'm just thinking.
Lower down a speaker in the shaft and let the mothers and fathers and wife's talk and explain what's the best for them at this stage to come out. Let they hear the voice of their parents and family.

  4. Exactly what is being rescued and by who
The sad part of it all is that nobody cared when mine workers got trapped in Lilly mine now the regime is pulling out all state resources to waste on criminals who are not trapped but sitting willingly underground and now we sing this human rights nonsense that never applied to Lilly mine workers

  5. This community guy is actually saying these people needs to go back to their families not jailπŸ˜… he's a beneficiary for sure pathetic, now Ramaphosa must go beg them to resurface

  6. The community of us should know that everything that gvr should make first they do the application that should be firstly approved by the people who are responsible before they can do anything without that their hands are tied. It is not like they want to kill the illegal miners. Protocol should be observed at all times. It is not like you take a bus and go to Cape Town as they think
