Lawyers for Human Rights intend to file opposing papers following a
high court ruling denying humanitarian aid to illegal miners in
Stilfontein.
On Monday, the court dismissed an application brought forward by lobby
group Society for the Protection of our Constitution citing that there
was no evidence that the so-called zama zamas were being blocked from
leaving a disused shaft.
