It is impossible to get through on the phone & I don't give a damn about their workers and once a year I have to get income statements to be sent to me and they need to fire their rude guards. They also closed the Walnut Creek office and the idea that you can call in with no problem is total bullshit. i have tried to call and after 2-4 hours I give up. it was easier for me to go all the way to San Francisco rather than try to go to the Concord office. I was seen in 20 minutes, got my statement and went to my doctor. I will never vote for any Democrat and I voted 3 times for Trump.

As a moderate Dem, I agree with you Walter. All the identity pollitics and focus on niche social issues has ruined the party. SSA has dropped the ball with me because I literally live off of $400 bucks a month I'm basically homeless and I have many disabilities and it means absolutely nothing to them I been stuck a the amount for a year it's started at $300 but I can't live on my own because I can't afford to or care for my service dog. SSA is actually Killing me and doesn't even care.
