Set up Intel FPGA Monitor Program on Windows 11 Computer

If you open a project in Intel FPGA Monitor Program and got error message “Error running ‘make DETECT_DEVICES’. (java.io.IOException: The pipe is being closed)” and the program freezes, it likely means that you don’t have Linux installed and set up properly on your Windows. In that case, you can follow my video to set up your Windows and then you should be able to create and open a project in your Intel FPGA Monitor Program. Version of my Quartus Prime Lite 23.1 and Intel FPGA Monitor Program 21.1.
