I dont see any reason for Halil giving Zeynep the farm back at this juncture, her angst is not about the farm or losing money, she is unable to accept that Halil hid the truth. At this point, in my opinion the letter can make sense if its one of these:
1) Marriage Counsellor appointment.They both can talk to a psychologist and that way they can express and hear each other.
2) Some random letter that Halil wrote and the content of it is not true entirely,hence Zeynep condemms it.
This way Halil could try to explain her that she needs to know all details deeply before jumping to conclusion. That's the mistake he did and he wants her to avoid it.This can calm her down a bit and make her think to be willing to talk.(Assuming Halil guessed that she learnt all this from an anonymous letter).
Guys, do you remember when Zeynep went to the psychiatrist..? He said if Zeynep went through another shock, she will collapse.. This is why she is acting this way
