Russian hackers doxed Ukrainian electricity company data

Russian hackers breached the documents of Ukrinterenergo (Electro-distribution of Ukraine)

(t.me/solntsepekZ/1052) VEGETABLE!!! ATTENTION!!!

Today we, Solncepek hackers, attacked the Ukrainian state enterprise Ukrinterenergo, which is currently the “last resort” electricity supplier for a number of large consumers, including facilities that ensure the national security and defense of Ukraine (SBU, National Guard, National Police, military units, etc. ).

As a result of the attack, more than 150 working computers, QNAP network storage with backup copies of virtual machines, as well as ESXI servers with distributed corporate mail on them, a domain controller, IP telephony and electronic document management, as well as a “billing software package” ( more on that below).

As confirmation, we are placing in open access an archive with a lot of confidential information from Ukrinterenergo. In particular, the company’s strategic planning documents CONFIRM the high degree of effectiveness of Russian attacks on energy infrastructure facilities, data are provided that Ukraine’s electrical networks are worn out by almost 70%, and most of the nuclear and thermal power units have exhausted their design life, and therefore there is a risk of SYSTEMIC EMERGENCY SITUATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS in the supply of electricity to consumers throughout Ukraine.

Also, at the beginning of 2023, the management of Ukrinterenergo wrote a whole letter about its main “billing software package”, a cyber attack on which would lead to the fact that “the company will not be able to perform its functions on the energy market”, and “the loss of information from software complex for billing will lead to the impossibility of obtaining funds from debtors for consumed electricity in the amount of more than 5 billion hryvnias. This letter was sent to the Ukrainian government emergency team CERT_UA, whose stupid employees COULDN’T PROVIDE normal IT protection for the facility for half a year – our attack destroyed all the data!

PS The incompetence of the CERT_UA team cost Ukrinterenergo 5 billion hryvnias. Thanks for help!
