In this video I will explain and show how to run macOS Sonoma in a virtual machine on a Windows-based PC without the need for real Apple hardware. For this process, I’ll be using the free version of VMware Workstation and there is no need for a pre-built image coming from another Mac as the process starts completely from scratch. Once we got Sonoma installed, I will also cover how to install the VMware tools so we chan change the resolution and set up file sharing between the Windows host and the macOS virtual machine.
